Information for caterers
Refrigerator, icemaker, microwave and warming ovens may be used. Use of coffeemaker may also be requested and filters will be provided. Ice scoop should not be left in the ice maker.
Items and supplies within the kitchen cabinets are for Museum use only.
Remove all items from refrigerator and freezer brought in. Left over items will be given to local soup kitchen.
Remove all items brought into kitchen area.
Wipe down all counter tops.
Sweep kitchen floor (mop if necessary).
All trash must be removed. Trash must be double-bagged to prevent leakage, and tied and carried outside to the dumpster in the rear parking lot of the courthouse.
Museum staff will be on hand, and caterer must check with staff before leaving.
Cleaning supplies for the kitchen are under the sink and a mop and bucket is in the janitor’s closet through the rear of the Men’s restroom.
Rinse out, wring and lay out all museum cloths.
