Messinger Room Fees and Facts

The Messinger Room is accessible by elevator and by stairs. Rental price applies to the day of the event and includes: 4 hours of set up time 6 hours of event/clean-up time

Currently use of alcohol is prohibited in this facility as it a county-owned property.

*Any additional hours are $50.00 per hour; any additional hours not contracted and paid for prior to the event will be taken out of the damage deposit fee.

Rental Fee for Messinger Room:
$650.00 (Tables and chairs provided.)
Use of third floor by DJ only: $75.00 (No guests)
Use of third floor by guests $200.00 (Tables and chairs provided)
Damage Deposit* $200.00 (*May be refunded.)

25% Deposit Required! Balance due 30 days prior( along with damage deposit fee).
